MASTER TEMPER

The oscillating Master Temper furnaces cover a size range suitable to meet any production requirements with openings from 1300 to 3300 mm.
The lines are equipped with all the process control technologies in order to always guarantee the best quality.

• Convection by hot air directly inside the heating chamber
• Pre-heating chamber with full convection system
• Ceramic rollers in fused silica
• Ceramic rollers handling by double belts
• Every single zone is equipped with its thermocouple connected to the adjustment micro-processor which is interfaced with the processing PLC
• For each zone it is possible to set the set-point, the PID parameters, the alarms and the power percentage
• All data are saved in a cycle and they can be recalled directly by the operator
• All data are protected by password
• The heating power is controlled by SCR static relays connected to the processing PLC. According to the temperature curve inside the furnace and to the set parameters, the static relays modulate the exit dispatching more or less power to the heating elements
